Otherside Allied Health provides therapy services including Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Physiotherapy, and (soon) Dietetics. We support individuals of all ages to build skills, confidence, and independence.
Who can access your services?
Anyone can access our services — children, teens, adults, families, support coordinators, and community
organisations.
We accept NDIS (Self-Managed & Plan-Managed) and private clients.
Do I need an NDIS plan to use your services?

Yes. Most of our services are mobile and delivered at home, school, or in the community.

Funding & Payment
What funding types do you accept?
We accept:
- NDIS (Self-Managed & Plan-Managed)
- Private-Pay
- Third-party organisations
- Schools/Community Programs
How do I pay for my sessions?
Plan-managed participants are invoiced through their Plan Manager. Self-managed participants may pay by card, bank transfer, or invoice.
Do you charge travel fees?

Appointments & Cancellations
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Please give notice as early as possible.
Cancellations made within 7 days may incur a fee based on NDIS guidelines.
What if the therapist cancels?
If your therapist is unavailable, we will reschedule or arrange an alternative clinician.

Do you provide reports for NDIS reviews?
Yes. We can provide progress reports, functional assessments, and supporting documents as needed.
